We invite you to Sponsor a Student!

Thanks to our Donors, The Notre Dame Learning Center, with your generous donations, can deliver the many resources and services our children can rely on.

As we enter the spring months at the Notre Dame Learning Center, we are reaching out with a simple and meaningful annual appeal opportunity to make a direct impact.

A gift of $50 covers (2) tutoring sessions for one student at NDLC.

For the months of March, April, and May, we are seeking 24 donations of $50 each week to ensure every student continues receiving the personalized academic support they need to succeed. Your generosity provides more than tutoring – it builds confidence, strengthens skills, and opens doors for the future of our children.

Today, will you consider sponsoring two sessions with a minimum gift of $50… $100… $250…?

We are honored to have your support and thank you for considering this opportunity as we continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our children. With much gratitude!

The Notre Dame Learning Center provides tutoring in the City of Rochester while inspiring creativity, resilience, and confidence in every child. Our tutors inspire and engage these young minds, embracing the diverse backgrounds, hopes, and dreams of each student who walks through our doors. This work reminds us that education is not just about academics but about nurturing each child emotionally and socially. Our tutors create an environment where learning is not only a pursuit of knowledge but a means of personal growth, empowerment, and connection to the world around them.

What We've Been Up To:

See how we’ve been helping our students grow as readers while giving back to our community!

Established in 2004 as a sponsored ministry of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the Learning Center has served over 1500 students to date, providing one-on-one tutoring in mathematics and reading/language arts at our facility on Parkway in Rochester’s northwest side and at Bishop Kearney High School on Rochester’s northeast side.

We continue to serve Rochester students in grades 1-9 with an ever-expanding program of learning experiences and enrichment.
